BOOKING & CANCELLATION
Treatments and consultations are bookable online via the website. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. All in-person consultations and treatments are subject to a £30 deposit. This deposit is redeemable against any treatment booked within 90 days from deposit payment being made, subject to availability.
We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.
If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend an
appointment, this means we are unable to re-use that time for other clients.
If following your consultation, you decide not to go ahead with the treatment, your deposit will be refunded to you. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Qualis Aesthetics no later than 48 hrs before your appointment. Late cancellations and all anti-wrinkle / toxin deposits are non-refundable.
RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so no later than 48 hrs before your treatment for a full refund. If you have already attended your anti-wrinkle consultation with a prescriber and you wish to reschedule your treatment, please do so up to 72 hrs before your appointment. Where late cancellations occur (including failing to attend without notification) with less than 48 hrs or 72 hrs (anti-wrinkle treatments) notice, your deposit will be retained or a one treatment will be deducted from a course of prepaid treatments. All appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled during clinic working hours - Mon - Fri 9:30 - 17:00; notifications via social media are not accepted.

We guarantee that where notifications to cancel appointments are given, with more than 48hrs or 72hrs (anti-wrinkle treatments) notice, deposits will be refunded or offset against any future treatment required.
To help our clients minimise the chance of losing their deposit or treatments from their courses, email reminders are sent ahead of appointments. Due to circumstances beyond our control this may not always be possible and clients should therefore not rely on an email reminder.
Unforeseen circumstances can lead to delays, we are sympathetic to this. Please try and contact the clinic if you know you are going to be delayed. Any arrivals 15 minutes later than your booked appointment time may need to be rescheduled. If you do not show for your appointment, your deposit will be retained, a single treatment will be removed from your package or full payment of the treatment will be required.
