'BECOME A MODEL' PROGRAMME
Clients can benefit from the promotional rates within 30 days from the day of their registration. Entry is not guaranteed and is solely at the discretion of the clinic director. Each client is entitled to a single entry.

REFERRAL PROGRAMME
Clients and their friends and family can benefit from a 10% discount for any new client they introduce to us. To be eligible clients (referrers) need to book a consultation and undergo a minimum of 1 treatment; upon completion they can refer a friend or family member who will receive a 10% discount on any treatment, subject to availability. The referrer's 10% discount will be offered thereafter. Referral discount are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude our liability to you:

for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

for fraudulent misrepresentation;

for breach of any term implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and which, by law, may not be limited or excluded;

under Part I of the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or

for any other liability that, by law, may not be limited or excluded.

Subject to this, in no event shall we be liable to you for any business losses. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under any Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

There may be times when certain features, parts or content of the Site, or the entire Site, become unavailable (whether on a scheduled or unscheduled basis) or are modified, suspended or withdrawn by us, in our sole discretion, without notice to you. You agree that any dispute between you and us regarding these terms and conditions or any Contract will only be dealt with by the English courts, except that if you live in a country (which, for these purposes, includes Scotland or Northern Ireland) of the European Union other than England, you can choose to bring legal proceedings either in your country or in England, but if we bring legal proceedings, we may only do so in your country.
